Customer Policies...
1. To begin the process of designing your new website, the monthly fee is required. We've waived the $899 designers fee with the minimum one-year agreement. The client agrees to pay the $899 designers fee for contracts broken under a minimum of one (1) year.
2. All 3 monthly packages ($69, $149, $189) are set on a monthly fee (taken out on the 1st of each month with accepted credit card.)
3. All information on the client’s website is solely the responsibility of the client’s company. All material on the client’s website has been approved by the client as correctly and accurately reflecting the company. Elegant Web Studio is not responsible for any content on the client’s website. The client has agreed to be 100% responsible for all content.
4. The 25-40 Keyword Optimization for our $149 / $189 package: Our initial $699 optimization set-up fee (with 25-40 submitted keyword phrases) comes with a 1-year guarantee from the start date (due to the constant updates being performed by major search engines such as google and yahoo.) Each client will receive their ranking report in approximately 3 months.
5. Elegant Web Studio owns the website for the monthly plans (and in some cases the domain name) and will offer hosting for the life of the website and complimentary updates as long as payment is received on a monthly basis with no refunds.
6. Expired or non-working Credit Cards that are in our accounting file will be charged an automatic $25 service charge each month
that they have been declined.
7. Monlhly websites that have not paid will be given a 3 day grace period before having their website temporarily turned off until payment has been made.
