The terms listed below are between Elegant Web Studio and the Client:
1. To begin the process of designing your new website, the 1st month’s payment is required.
2. All 2 packages ($49, $129, $149) are set on a monthly fee (taken out on the 1st of each month with accepted credit card)
3. The $899 designers fee is offered free with a minimum of one (1) year website service from Elegant Web Studio.
4. The client agrees to pay the $899 website designers fee if he/she does not fulfill the minimum 1-year commitment with Elegant Web Studio.
5. All information on the client’s website is solely the responsibility of the client’s company. All material on the client’s website has been approved by the client as correctly and
accurately reflecting the company. Elegant Web Studio is not responsible for any content on the client’s website. The client has agreed to be 100% responsible for all content on
his or her website material.
6. The 40 Keyword Optimatization for our $129 and $149 packages: Our initial $699 optimization set-up fee (with 40 submitted keyword phrases) comes with a 1-year guarantee
from the start date (due to the constant updates being performed by major search engines such as google and yahoo.)
7. Elegant Web Studio owns the website and will offer hosting for the life of the website and complimentary updates as long as payment is received on a monthly basis.
8. The website agreement between Elegant Web Studio and the above client will be withdrawn if payment has been terminated with no refunds.
